You will leverage your expertise in vendor negotiation, market analysis, and logistics to ensure our global operations run seamlessly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to support inventory growth exceeding $5M.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality international suppliers for foodservice equipment.
- Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, lead times, and payment terms.
- Monitor global market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and warehouse operations, to streamline import processes.
- Maintain supplier performance scorecards and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Optimize procurement workflows to enhance cost efficiency and improve inventory turnover rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale inventory budgets (specifically in foodservice or retail equipment preferred).
- Expert-level negotiation skills with the ability to manage international supplier relationships effectively.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and logistics documentation.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in ERP software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining high output quality.
