Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute end-to-end global recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers across international markets to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience that reflects Beiersdorf's employer brand values.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and time-to-fill targets.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational or FMCG environment.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-disciplinary recruitment projects.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organizational structure with evolving priorities.
  • Deep understanding of local labor regulations and global recruitment best practices.
