Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end global recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
- Partner with hiring managers across international markets to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience that reflects Beiersdorf's employer brand values.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and time-to-fill targets.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational or FMCG environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-disciplinary recruitment projects.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organizational structure with evolving priorities.
- Deep understanding of local labor regulations and global recruitment best practices.
