Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade compliance strategies for global supply chains.
- Monitor and analyze changes in customs regulations, trade policies, and tariff classifications across key markets (e.g., ASEAN, EU, US).
- Oversee the classification and valuation of goods to ensure accurate tariff duties and compliance with HS codes.
- Manage customs bonds, power of attorney, and relationships with licensed customs brokers.
- Lead internal investigations into trade compliance issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, product, and legal teams to ensure compliance during product launches and market expansions.
- Prepare and review trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Global Trade Compliance, Customs Brokerage, or Freight Forwarding.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, export controls, and import regulations.
- Familiarity with AMS (Automated Commercial Environment) or ASEAN customs systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulations for non-technical stakeholders.
