PSA BDP is looking for a highly organized and strategic Global Trade Management Command Center Specialist to oversee our complex trade operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central hub for trade visibility, ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of trade documentation, monitoring compliance standards, and driving the implementation of critical trade management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze real-time trade flows in the Global Trade Management Command Center to ensure full visibility across the supply chain.
- Oversee the centralized review and validation of trade documentation, including customs declarations, certificates of origin, and shipping permits.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve trade exceptions and ensure timely execution.
- Drive the implementation, testing, and optimization of trade management systems and digital processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations, Incoterms, and HS Codes to mitigate compliance risks and penalties.
- Generate and present performance reports, dashboards, and insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for trade-related inquiries and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade management, supply chain operations, or a similar control tower role.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms (2020), HS Codes, and global trade compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and trade management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex trade data and identify trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
