PT. Sriwijaya Teknik Utama is expanding its footprint and is currently seeking a visionary General Manager of Academy Business. We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about talent development and organizational growth to spearhead our Human Resource Development initiatives. As the GM of Academy Business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational and training programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and business goals. This is a strategic opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive change and excellence within our academy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic vision and operational management of the Academy Business unit.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive Human Resource Development programs.
- Manage a diverse team of instructors, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders and educational institutions.
- Develop and manage the academy’s annual budget and revenue generation strategies.
- Monitor market trends to ensure curriculum relevance and competitive edge.
- Implement quality assurance measures and continuous improvement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the education, training, or corporate sector.
- Proven track record in managing Academy operations or Human Resource Development functions.
- Strong background in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
