Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the diagnostic or measurement industry
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
