DSWISS, a leading manufacturer in the food and pharmaceutical industry, is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced GMP Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations in Ara Damansara, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary package ranging from RM 2,900 to RM 3,400 per month.
As a GMP Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production activities to ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HALAL standards. You will lead a team of production operators, coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the highest quality and safety standards while meeting production targets.
Key responsibilities include supervising production lines, monitoring processes, conducting training sessions, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing, particularly in GMP and HALAL environments, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and output targets.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP and HALAL standards across all manufacturing processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve high performance.
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
- Prepare and present production reports and performance analyses to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision in a GMP and HALAL regulated environment.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP principles, HALAL requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Certification in GMP, HACCP, or HALAL is highly preferred.
