You will be responsible for translating marketing and sales strategies into highly efficient automated sequences, managing pipelines, and building high-converting landing pages. - Design, build, and optimize complex GoHighLevel (GHL) automation workflows, triggers, and campaigns.
- Construct and maintain high-converting custom funnels, landing pages, and web forms within GHL.
- Seamlessly integrate third-party applications (such as Zapier, Stripe, and Twilio) to improve system capabilities.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, cold outreach, and SMS broadcasts, ensuring high deliverability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, system errors, and CRM misalignments swiftly.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, pipeline progress, and key conversion statistics to generate reports.
Kualifikasi
- Proven hands-on experience as a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist or Technical Virtual Assistant.
- Strong background in CRM administration, digital marketing automation, and lead generation.
- Proficiency with integration tools, especially Zapier or Make (Integromat).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborative teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
