Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily go-kart operations including maintenance scheduling, inventory management, and facility upkeep
- Lead and train staff on safety protocols, customer service standards, and operational procedures
- Implement and enforce safety regulations to ensure accident-free operations
- Manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate team scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote go-kart services and events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory or operations management role
- Proven experience in customer service and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and basic mechanical knowledge
- Certification in first aid and safety management preferred
