- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance services using Go (Golang).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve team productivity.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Golang Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Solid understanding of concurrent programming, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Experience with RESTful and gRPC API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
