Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic planning and execution of golf operations, tournaments, and member events
- Leadership and development of golf staff including professionals, instructors, and maintenance teams
- Financial management of golf department including budget oversight, revenue optimization, and expense control
- Course condition management and compliance with golf industry standards
- Member relations and service excellence initiatives for golf clientele
- Implementation of golf programs, clinics, and junior development initiatives
- Coordination with club management on facility operations and cross-departmental projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years progressive golf operations experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- PGA certification or equivalent industry qualification preferred
- Proven track record in tournament management and event execution
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of golf course maintenance standards and industry best practices
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
