Masmindo Dwi Area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Good Mining Practice (GMP) Compliance Manager to lead our operational excellence in Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring that our mining operations strictly adhere to Indonesian national regulations, environmental standards, and international safety protocols.
You will lead cross-functional audits, implement risk management frameworks, and foster a culture of sustainability and safety. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in technical mining regulations (Kepmen ESDM) and a passion for promoting sustainable resource extraction. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between site operations and regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless compliance and long-term operational success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Good Mining Practice (GMP) management system in accordance with ESDM regulations.
- Coordinate and manage all site-level regulatory inspections, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular site assessments to identify compliance gaps in technical mining operations, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.
- Lead the preparation of annual RKAB (Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya) and other periodic regulatory reports.
- Develop training programs to ensure all operational staff are fully aware of and compliant with updated mining laws and safety standards.
- Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to advocate for and maintain the company's mining licenses.
- Analyze incidents and near-misses to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve safety performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in mining operations, with at least 4 years in a management or compliance-focused role.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Mining Law, specifically GMP (Good Mining Practice) guidelines.
- Certified in POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) or POP is mandatory; POU certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and convert them into actionable operational procedures.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with government officials (ESDM, Environment Agency).
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent report writing and presentation skills.
