Ikhea Lightings, Inc. is looking for a motivated Goods Flow Assistant to join our dynamic warehouse team in Santa Clara, Bulacan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that our high-quality lighting products reach our customers efficiently and safely.
You will work closely with our Goods Flow Team Manager to streamline warehouse processes, optimize inventory accuracy, and support the seamless flow of goods from receiving to dispatch. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals to develop hands-on experience in modern warehouse management and supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to priority and delivery schedules.
- Perform daily stock counts and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Assist in the efficient receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments.
- Ensure all goods are correctly labeled, organized, and stored within designated warehouse zones.
- Operate manual or powered warehouse equipment safely in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to optimize operational safety.
- Support the Goods Flow Team Manager in reporting discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Help prepare products for staging to ensure smooth turnover to transport or retail departments.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift loads regularly according to safety guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy or experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work during shifts and willingness to commit to part-time scheduling.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
