Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect robust Generative AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
- Lead technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for AI-driven business transformations.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks to enhance model accuracy and enterprise relevance.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build high-performance data pipelines for LLM fine-tuning.
- Establish MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for AI, model monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on emerging AI trends and Google Cloud services.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and responsible AI governance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years focusing specifically on AI/ML.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI tools (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AutoML).
- Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Experience in designing scalable data architectures for unstructured data processing.
- Strong grasp of vector databases and embedding technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Google Professional Cloud Architect or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification is highly preferred.
