- Lead and mentor a team of GRC platform specialists, fostering professional development and high-performance standards
- Oversee end-to-end operations of GRC platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance alignment
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance platform efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with IT security, legal, and audit teams to address compliance gaps and implement risk mitigation measures
- Monitor platform performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and platform integrations to ensure seamless operations
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within GRC operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in GRC operations with 3+ years in team leadership
- Expertise in GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC)
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX)
- Strong background in risk management methodologies and regulatory reporting
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects
- Professional certifications (CISA, CRISC, CIPP) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders
