We are a reputable private family based in Jakarta Utara (North Jakarta) seeking a highly dedicated, trustworthy, and affectionate Governess / Childcare Provider (Live-in) to join our household. Our priority is the well-being and comprehensive development of our children, and we need a nurturing professional who can provide exceptional care, guidance, and educational support in a safe, structured, and loving home environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time residential position where you will become an integral part of our family. We are looking for someone who is not just a caretaker but a mentor and a friend to our children. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating daily routine that balances play, learning, rest, and extracurricular activities. Your primary goal will be to support the children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth while ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to stimulate learning.
- Assist with homework, reading, and language development to ensure academic progress.
- Establish and maintain consistent daily routines for meals, naps, play, and study.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children (e.g., tidying play areas, children's laundry).
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's progress, behavior, and milestones.
- Accompany children to school, extracurricular activities, and playdates as required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Nanny, Governess, Babysitter, or in a related childcare role.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Early Childhood Education or Psychology is a strong plus.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Non-smoker with a healthy lifestyle and clear criminal background check.
- Flexible, responsible, and able to handle emergencies with a calm demeanor.
- Ability to provide glowing references from previous families or employers.
- Valid work permit or legal status to work in Indonesia (for international applicants).
