Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and web-based queries from the public professionally.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding government services, procedures, and policies.
- Navigate internal databases and CRM systems to document interactions and retrieve account information.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department supervisors or technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols when handling personal information.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with diverse public inquiries.
- Achieve individual and team-based KPIs regarding call handling time and resolution accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in a second language is a plus).
- Experience in call centre, customer service, or retail environments is highly preferred.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to commit to the required part-time shifts in the Woodlands area.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
