About the Role
Are you looking for a stable part-time role with a real purpose? Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Government Phone Researcher to join a prestigious government agency in the Central Region. This is a permanent, long-term part-time position requiring only 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, so you do not need prior experience to succeed. Training and Development

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound phone research calls to gather feedback and data from the public on behalf of a government agency.
- Accurately record and input survey responses and data into the central database system.
- Adhere strictly to research scripts and data privacy protocols to ensure compliance and integrity of the research.
- Handle inbound queries related to the research in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the research team to achieve daily and weekly response targets.
- Identify and escalate any technical issues or feedback trends to the supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) is a strong advantage for engaging a diverse demographic.
- Comfortable with making calls and speaking with members of the public.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate databases and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
