Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new government procurement projects in the education sector through targeted outreach and relationship development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with government tender cycles and education priorities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from proposal submission to contract signing and implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government educational institutions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive landscape analysis
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations addressing government requirements and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B/B2G sales experience with proven track record in government contracts
- Deep understanding of Indonesian government procurement processes and regulations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Experience in education sector or public infrastructure projects highly preferred
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
