Kualifikasi
- Diploma or A-Level qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working in the public sector or government-related projects is preferred.
