Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and physical examinations to assess health status.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribing appropriate medication and treatment plans.
- Perform routine health screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Handle emergency medical situations effectively and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Valid GDFM (General Dental/Family Medicine) or equivalent medical qualification.
- Valid Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration and valid practice certificate.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in General Practice.
- Strong clinical knowledge in internal medicine, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a strong ethical foundation.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
