Join Roche as a GPC Compliance Assurance Specialist and play a crucial role in safeguarding our Global Patient Care (GPC) Organization. In this position, you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of compliance across all operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.
As a key member of our compliance team, you will conduct regular audits, reviews, and assessments to verify compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and ethical guidelines. - Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across GPC operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Certification in compliance management or related field is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
