Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission GPON OLT/ONU equipment according to technical specifications
- Integrate GPON systems with existing network infrastructure while maintaining optimal performance
- Execute fiber-optic cable deployment and splicing activities in diverse environments
- Conduct comprehensive network testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Document implementation procedures, network diagrams, and technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards for telecommunications infrastructure
- Provide technical support during network migration and upgrade phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in GPON installation and commissioning
- Proficiency in fiber-optic splicing, testing, and network integration procedures
- Strong understanding of telecommunication protocols and network architecture
- Certification in GPON, FTTH, or related technologies preferred
- Ability to read technical schematics and network diagrams
- Experience with network testing tools (OTDR, power meters, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
