Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage the company's GPS tracking system to ensure accurate real-time location and status of the entire vehicle fleet.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet movement, route adherence, delivery performance, and operational anomalies.
- Coordinate with drivers and the logistics department to optimize routes, resolve tracking issues, and improve delivery schedules.
- Perform initial troubleshooting for GPS hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to relevant IT support.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the GPS tracking platform, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Assist in the training of new employees on the proper use and understanding of GPS tracking systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes through data analysis and insights derived from GPS tracking data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in logistics support, fleet management, or system coordination is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and competency in computer principles, software applications, and data management.
