- Analyze geological data to support mining decisions and resource estimation
- Prepare comprehensive grade control reports for management review
- Oversee shipment quality assurance to meet contractual specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in grade control operations within mining
- Proficiency in geological software (Datamine, Surpac) and sampling methodologies
- Strong understanding of mining regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze geological data and make operational recommendations
- Experience working in remote mining locations with challenging conditions
- Certification in mine safety protocols (e.g., Mine Safety and Health Administration)
