Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with grade-level curriculum standards
- Create inclusive classroom environments that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary teaching approaches
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities
- Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to student assessment reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field with PRC license
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in grade school setting
- Strong knowledge of current educational methodologies and child psychology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology and classroom management tools
- Creative lesson planning abilities with focus on student engagement
- Commitment to continuous professional development
