Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging mathematics curriculum aligned with DepEd standards for Grades 3 & 4
- Utilize differentiated instruction techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance mathematical understanding
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with grade-level teachers to create interdisciplinary learning experiences
- Communicate student progress proactively with parents and guardians
- Participate in professional development and curriculum improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education with specialization in Mathematics or related field
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for teaching
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching elementary mathematics
- Strong knowledge of K-12 mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
- Proficiency in differentiated instruction and classroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities
