Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in production processes and quality control within the semiconductor fabrication line.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and production targets are met.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of safety standards and quality protocols in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Document processes and prepare technical reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials), Manufacturing, or related technical fields.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in process optimization and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment under strict quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes or relevant coursework is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, high adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
