Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo comprehensive training across all areas of restaurant management.
- Assist the management team in daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store.
- Lead shifts, assign tasks, and supervise crew members to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs.
- Analyze sales reports and contribute to achieving business targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Participate in community and marketing activities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no experience required.
- Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills.

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
