Kick-start your career in the fast-food industry with McDonald's Graduate Employment Programme (GEP) at our Sandakan, Sabah branch. This structured 12-month program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant management.
As a GEP trainee, you will rotate through key operational areas including kitchen operations, service excellence, inventory management, and people development. You will be mentored by experienced managers and gain the skills needed to run a multi-million-dollar restaurant profitably while delivering the highest quality and service standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a comprehensive rotational training covering all restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members during shifts to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure outstanding customer service and timely resolution of guest concerns
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality assurance standards
- Support the store manager in daily administrative and financial tasks
- Contribute to sales growth initiatives and local store marketing efforts
- Develop strong leadership and problem-solving skills through real-world challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to be based in Sandakan, Sabah
- Passion for the hospitality and food service industry
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or work experience
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit for Malaysia
