Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo structured rotational training across all restaurant departments (Kitchen, Counter, Drive Thru, McCafe).
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and leading shift teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards and food safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory management, stock ordering, and food cost control processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of crew members and crew trainers.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Support the implementation of local restaurant marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates and final semester students welcome).
- Strong leadership potential and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport and be willing to be based in 1 Utama, Petaling Jaya.
- Malaysian citizen or valid Permanent Resident status.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
