We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Graduate Engineer to join our Test Engineering team at our state-of-the-art facility in Kulim, Kedah.
About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor products. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing test processes to verify product functionality and performance. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will gain exposure to advanced test methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for new products
- Set up and maintain test equipment and fixtures
- Execute tests, collect data, and perform thorough analysis
- Identify and troubleshoot test-related issues
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize test coverage
- Document processes and report results
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates or less than 1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of semiconductor testing and electronics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of programming (Python, C) is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
