Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate shift teams to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety compliance, and hygiene standards.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and optimize store profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback to maintain McDonald's reputation for excellence.
- Train and develop junior crew members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement national marketing promotions and local store initiatives.
- Manage labor costs and scheduling to align with store traffic patterns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior part-time experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with a 'people-first' mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
