This is a fast-track management development program designed to cultivate the next generation of business leaders in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.

As a GEP trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in every facet of our business, from food safety and quality control to human resource management and financial oversight. You will be mentored by seasoned restaurant managers, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of what it takes to run a world-class operation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and motivate shift teams to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety compliance, and hygiene standards.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and optimize store profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback to maintain McDonald's reputation for excellence.
  • Train and develop junior crew members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement national marketing promotions and local store initiatives.
  • Manage labor costs and scheduling to align with store traffic patterns.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior part-time experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
  • Strong leadership potential with a 'people-first' mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
