Tanggung Jawab
- Support design and optimization of manufacturing processes for semiconductor products
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product compliance with standards
- Document manufacturing procedures and create process documentation
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency opportunities
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities in manufacturing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Recent graduate or less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in fast-paced technical environments
