We are looking for a motivated Graduate/Trainee to join our dynamic team in Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. Based on the program details, this is a structured 6-month internship designed for individuals who are ready to kickstart their careers and contribute meaningfully to our operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily operations and service delivery to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the quality assurance team in monitoring and maintaining industry standards.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in implementing solutions for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
- Availability to commit to a 6-month internship program.
