Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior project managers in coordinating daily manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and Mandarin-speaking clients/stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and report on progress to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Support the documentation, filing, and administrative tasks required for various project phases.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of supply chain and production workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop professional project management skills.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to liaise with regional partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in project management and process improvement.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Ability to work full-time in Butterworth, Penang.
