Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate shift teams to ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC).
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, food safety compliance, and cash handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving feedback and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Train and develop crew members to ensure consistent service standards.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze operational reports to improve store efficiency and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in F&B is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong leadership potential with a 'can-do' attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
