Tanggung Jawab
- Create and design visually engaging materials including brochures, product packaging, advertisements, and digital content
- Develop comprehensive design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
- Produce high-quality graphics using industry-standard software and tools
- Conduct visual research to stay current with design trends and best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Strong conceptualization skills with attention to detail
