In this role, you will manage the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept sketches and mockups to final production and in-store installation. - Conceptualize and design innovative in-store displays, window presentations, and POP materials that drive brand engagement and sales.
- Create visually compelling print and digital assets for promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency with the Robinsons Handyman brand identity.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop visual strategies that optimize product placement and enhance the customer journey.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards and displays.
- Manage multiple design projects from brief to completion, coordinating with external suppliers and vendors for production and installation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor visual strategies to continuously refine the visual approach.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a retail, agency, or e-commerce environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing retail design, display concepts, and brand collateral.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to store locations for audits and installations.
