Your Role
Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Graphic Artist will be responsible for crafting visual concepts that align with our brand strategies and marketing goals. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to deliver high-impact visual solutions that drive results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and online advertisements.
- Create high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding projects, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia presentations, pitch decks, and internal communications.
- Stay current with design trends, software updates, and best practices to ensure our creative output remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising design quality.
- Perform image retouching, color correction, and asset optimization for a variety of digital and print applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or any related creative field.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain creative ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
