In this full-time role, you'll collaborate with marketing and product teams to create eye-catching designs that resonate with consumers and elevate our product portfolio. We're seeking a passionate designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate creative concepts into polished, brand-aligned assets across digital and print media.
As a key member of our design department, you'll work on diverse projects including packaging designs, social media graphics, promotional materials, and brand guidelines. You'll have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a growing food company while gaining exposure to real-world production processes and industry best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute visual designs for packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets
- Create brand-consistent graphics for social media platforms and websites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with marketing objectives
- Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for production and printing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
- Contribute to brand guideline documentation and design system maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual solutions
- Experience with print production processes and file preparation
- Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback
