Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality materials.
- Retouch and enhance images to meet project specifications and aesthetic standards.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve output.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and other partners to ensure accurate production of materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects and technical skills.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions as needed.
