Tanggung Jawab
- Create visually appealing designs for various media including print, digital, and social platforms
- Develop concepts and layouts for marketing materials, advertisements, and brand identities
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure design aligns with brand guidelines
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate them into your work
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members
- Prepare final files for production and ensure all specifications are met
- Maintain an organized digital library of design assets and templates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and creative thinking
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience preferred
