Tanggung Jawab
- Create and execute visual designs for food packaging, promotional materials, and digital assets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop cohesive brand identities and campaign visuals
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards
- Conduct market research to identify emerging design trends applicable to F&B industry
- Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining brand integrity
- Prepare final artwork specifications for production and vendor coordination
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and design documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 2+ years of professional design experience in food/beverage or consumer goods
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and brand design capabilities
- Exceptional time management with proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
