Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, packaging designs, and point-of-sale materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all visual communications to ensure consistency and cohesiveness.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Work closely with external vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) to ensure the accurate reproduction of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and best practices, specifically within the food and beverage industry.
- Assist in photography and video content creation when necessary, including basic editing and retouching.
- Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, templates, and artwork archives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Artist or Graphic Designer, preferably in the food and beverage, retail, or advertising industries.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a strong plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines.
- Take ownership and be accountable for the quality and accuracy of all design outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Must be based in the Philippines.
