Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual elements with brand strategy.
- Create engaging social media content, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design solutions.
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Optimize assets for different platforms and devices.
- Stay updated with industry-standard design software and creative trends.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creative range.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Willingness to adapt to a contract-based work environment.
