Tanggung Jawab
- Create visual designs for employee branding initiatives and internal communications
- Develop graphics for digital platforms including social media and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to design brand-aligned materials
- Ensure all designs maintain consistent brand identity and quality standards
- Assist in maintaining and organizing digital asset libraries
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and design critiques
- Support production of print materials when required
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative problem-solving
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual content
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
