Tanggung Jawab
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including brochures, social media content, and website graphics
- Assist in developing brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across all design materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual communications
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design projects
- Learn and apply industry-standard design software and tools
- Support the design team with research and analysis of current design trends
- Help organize and maintain digital asset libraries
- Receive mentorship and feedback from senior designers to improve your skills
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical skills
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback
