As our Graphic Design Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Flashcom Indonesia. You will be responsible for crafting compelling graphics across a variety of media, including social media campaigns, website assets, marketing collateral, and print materials. Your creative vision will directly support our marketing objectives and help strengthen our brand presence in the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and online ads.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate events.
- Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, product packaging, and business cards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Retouch and enhance photographs for digital and print use, ensuring high aesthetic standards.
- Prepare and finalize design files for production, adhering to specific output formats and deadlines.
- Maintain and organize a library of creative assets, templates, and stock resources for efficient workflow.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of work.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience (strong portfolios from exceptional fresh graduates will be considered).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plus.
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design execution.
- Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Palangkaraya, Kalimantan Tengah.
