ASRI is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Graphic Design Supervisor to lead our creative team in Jakarta. As a key player in our design department, you will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and day-to-day visual execution. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design process, ensuring that all visual outputs align with the company's premium aesthetic while mentoring a team of talented designers.
We are looking for a creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an impeccable eye for detail, and has a deep understanding of current design trends. The ideal candidate will be a master of the Adobe Creative Suite, proficient in UI/UX design via Figma, and capable of overseeing motion graphic projects that elevate our digital presence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Oversee the design production pipeline, from initial conceptualization to final delivery.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to align design strategy with business objectives.
- Supervise the production of motion graphics and interactive designs for various digital campaigns.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design projects to ensure excellence in quality and creativity.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency within the design department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong command of Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional visual aesthetic, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in a collaborative work environment.
